The Power of Skin Bathing:
Water is the cornerstone of The Graces routine, offering vital hydration for the skin's health and radiance. Topical hydration activates skin enzymes, supporting skin renewal. While drinking water is essential for overall hydration, it isn't sufficient for the skin. Bathing the skin allows it to absorb much-needed moisture, and applying your products straight away seals in the hydration to prevent loss. To maintain skin hydration, it's crucial to bathe the skin both morning and evening. Skipping this step would be a mistake, as skin bathing is vital for optimising product efficacy and promoting healthy, glowing skin.
How to Skin Bathe:
Morning:
No cleansing is necessary in the morning.
Bathe: Immerse your Bestow Bathing Cloth in warm water, wring out any excess and press to your skin for five deep breaths. Repeat three times.
Hydrate: Massage one to two pumps of The Graces Hydrating Serum evenly over the whole face.
Moisturise: Immediately massage one pump of The Graces Nourishing Oil and Brightening Lotion into skin to seal in hydration. Alternatively, you can use your usual moisturiser.

Cleanse: Massage one pump of a gentle cream cleanser into damp skin. Gently wipe off with a warm damp cloth. Repeat if necessary.
Bathe: Immerse your Bestow Bathing Cloth in warm water, wring out any excess and press to your skin for five deep breaths. Repeat three times.
Hydrate: Massage one to two pumps of The Graces Hydrating Serum evenly over the whole face.
