Why should we take supplements?

Our diet isn’t as nutritious as it was a few generations ago. Not only do we eat far more processed food than ever before but our fresh produce is grown in nutrient-poor soils, often harvested before it’s ripe and transported and stored for long periods of time. This means that most of us are deficient in key nutrients.
Combine this with the fact that the skin, hair and nails are the last parts of the body to receive nutrients, and you will find that these areas are the first to show nutritional deficiencies. If you want to have healthy strong skin, hair and nails, you need to take supplements.
